Personal Profile

Qiu Yushan, female, a native of Puning, Guangdong Province, graduated from the University of Hong Kong in 2015. She has worked as a postdoctoral researcher at Northwestern University and Baylor College of Medicine in the United States. She joined the school of Mathematics and statistics of Shenzhen University in 2016. Applicants have been engaged in Bioinformatics and machine learning research since their doctoral studies. Currently, more than 30 SCI papers have been published as lead authors in Cell, PLoS Computational Biology, Briefings in Bioinformatics, he has presided over and participated in several National Natural Science Foundation of China and Natural Science Foundation of Guangdong Province. I am currently a member of the Bioinformatics Committee of the Chinese Computer Society (CCF) , as well as a member of the editorial board of several journals and a peer reviewer of several top journals in the industry. He is also a member of the procedure committee of International Conferences BIBM 2022/2021/2020/2019/2018, Isbra 2018/2017/2016, ICIC 2022/2021, etc. .
