Li Jingchao obtained a bachelor's degree, an honours degree and a phd degree from the Australian University of Melbourne. He is currently an associate professor of the College of Mathematics and statistics, a master's tutor, an actuary of the Australian Institute of Actuaries, and a Shenzhen University of overseas high-level talents and reserve high-level talents of Shenzhen. Mainly engaged in insurance actuarial and risk theory research. He presided over four scientific research projects, including the National Natural Science Foundation of China, four actuarial and disaster-related teaching and research projects, and participated in four scientific research projects. He has published more than ten papers in high-level academic journals such as Insurance, Mathematics and Economics. He is the director of risk management and actuarial branch of China Institute of Field Statistics, and the director of Guangdong Institute of Field Statistics.
